A new program that brings cultural activities to Indigenous women in a supportive environment that is culturally safe. This program focuses on the four aspects of the medicine wheel: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of being.  In bringing this kind of cultural programming, activities will be offered at different times of the day and week, to ensure women have equal access to programming.
